  • Person or one of his parents, grandparents or great-grandparents held LT citizenship from 2 November 1918 till 15 June 1940 (NOTE! First Lithuanian law on citizenship was signed on 2 November 1918, so if a person lived in Lithuania and fled prior to 1918, he was not a citizen, because there was no Lithuanian state at that time)
  • Proof that Lithuanian citizen fled or was expelled from Lithuania prior to 11 March 1990.
  • That person acquired citizenship of any other country

We will spend numerous hours researching old archives and will search for thedocuments proving that your ancestor in fact was Lithuanian citizen. We can read in all languages used at that time in Lithuania.

All documents and correspondence should be provided exceptionally in Lithuanian.
